25.5 hours – ICF Core Coaching Competencies
3 hours – Development of Coaching Practice
In this highly experiential course, participants will examine and define the role of the coach by making clear distinctions with other leadership roles in group settings.
By exploring several group coaching models including a multi-media presentation of a live group, participants will identify key criteria for designing their own group coaching model.
