Credentialing Fast-Track Program
Efficiently optimize your preparation for an ICF credential

Ask yourself:

What is it you need to know to be effective in your credentialing quest?

Why proceed on your own when you can be a part of a team of coaches on the same mission with masterful guides to lead the way?

Ginger Cockerham and Judy Feld have been offering groups for coaches since 1996, with hundreds of coaches building successful coaching businesses and creating thriving coaching groups as a result. These programs have been popular, efficient, fun and cost-effective.

We are ICF MCC coaches and coaching educators, with a passion for helping more coaches become ICF-certified. We see the need for a fast-track credentialing program and are collaborating to provide this program for coaches who are ready to take the next step to achieving credibility and stature in their coaching practice. If you plan to apply for your PCC or MCC credential we encourage you to join our fall group.

Illuminating inquiries include:

“Foundations of coaching” based on the eleven ICF core competencies.

Ethics and standards review for both written and oral exams.

Listening clarifiers and methods to raise the bar on active listening and coaching presence.

The four keys for choosing the right recording for submission.

Powerful questioning for creating awareness and change.

Additional resources, research and coaching examples.

According to the ICF Global Coaching Study conducted by PricewaterhouseCoopers, 52 percent of coaches report that their coaching clients expect the coach they hire to be credentialed. In this economy, it is important to eliminate all barriers for being hired as a coach. An increasing number of corporations and organizations require an ICF credential for their internal and external coaches.

If you have accumulated the coaching hours required (or are nearing that mark) this group will give you the opportunity to join with two MCC coaches and coaching peers in this fast-paced, substantive, practical group experience. It will give you the support to ensure that you will follow through on your credentialing quest with the tools and confidence you need to successfully complete this credentialing quest.

This class directly relates to the ICF Core Competencies. Participants receive a completion certificate documenting attendance.
