Starnet Productions has featured Ms. Cockerham on public television instructing administrators on integrating coaching tools within educational settings. She leads a monthly nationwide teleforum to welcome all new representatives to Northwestern Mutual Financial Network.

Ginger is a International Coach Federation Board of Directors member and Master Certified Coach with the Federation, and a Certified Mentor Coach at CoachVille. She is a senior faculty member for Coach University and an instructor in the Graduate School of Coaching for CoachVille.

One of her specialties is coaching groups. Her CD series: Creating, Collecting and Coaching Groups is cutting edge in the coaching industry. Her groups within financial services companies, with Certified Financial Planners, and with coaches achieve specific and measurable results.

Ginger is on the Board of Advisors for the Women’s Business Center in Fort Worth, Texas where she volunteers as the coach for Project New, a dynamic program for entrepreneurs that is sponsored by the Small Business Administration.
