As an early adopter in the coaching profession, Ginger built her own successful company, Cockerham Coaching Group, while helping to expand coaching internationally by serving as a long term board member and as the 2007 Vice-President of the International Coach Federation with over 19,000 members world-wide.

The nautilus is a symbol of a collaborative coaching group. Visually it illustrates the connectivity and reciprocity of a group while honoring the individuality and independence of each group member in their own unique space. In my office, I have three views of actual nautilus shells in a beautiful frame as a reminder of the joy I have in doing the work I love with groups of wonderful people. The nautilus provides that symbol as constant inspiration.
